FAQs
What is the timeframe for tailoring a custom suit?
We need 3-5 days to tailor a custom suit after the initial consultation including ample time for fittings and adjustments.
However, if you are in Bangkok for a shorter period and do wish to get a suit tailored with us, we can normally work to your timeline if you opt to forego the fitting process. (We will still try to have at least 1 fitting, time allowing.)
How many fitting sessions are needed?
We recommend two fitting sessions for us to tailor a well-fitted suit. Each fitting session takes between 15-30 minutes and allows us to see what changes need to be made for your custom clothing to fit you well.
Can you match the fit of a suit I already own?
Yes, we can definitely take the measurements of your existing suit to tailor your new suit. If you would like a little more (or less) room here or there compared to your existing suit, we can also take these changes into account as we tailor your new suit for you.
Can I provide fabrics for you to make a suit?
On a case-by-case basis, we can accept our customer’s own purchased fabrics to make their suit. Please also ensure to bring enough fabric, since it will be a little difficult if your suit requires more fabrics than the amount you have brought with you.
However, we do have a large selection of fabrics, whether your budget is suited to house fabrics or more premium options. You are more than likely to find what you’re looking for from our fabric selection.
Can you send my clothing directly to my address in Bangkok?
Yes, we can arrange to send your clothes to you by messenger within central Bangkok once complete. Our exclusive home visit service means that every interaction with our team can be at your preferred location in Bangkok.
Can you send my tailored clothes to my address overseas?
Yes, we are able to send your garments to an overseas address via a courier service. Please note that we do recommend at least 1-2 fittings for most garment types before we mail it to you.
If you would like to have us courier your clothes to your home address, please let us know and we can advise on the mailing charges.
